Summary of simple geometric chess

1. Chessboard, Chess piece, How to move the chess pieces

* The chessboard is 9x9 square, with alternating colors.

* Each side has a row numbered from 1 to 15 to record the score.

* Each side has 9 pieces marked from 1 to 9 and G piece is used for scoring.

* Each chess piece can move like the Queen piece in Chess. Specifically, each piece can be moved vertical, horizontal, diagonally cross.

2. Straight line

*A straight line must be made up of 3 or more pieces, forming a sequence of consecutive numbers.

* The chess pieces shall be placed on the horizontal, vertical or diagonal lines of the chessboard.

* Distance between two consecutive chess pieces is always equal.

* Chess pieces for arranging must be composed of pieces of both sides.

* The number of pieces of the side which has the later move must be greater than or equal to that of the competitor.

* Straight line spacing consisting of 3 pieces is calculated 1 point, from 4 pieces or more are calculated 2 points.

3. Triangular layout

* Triangles are made up of 3 pieces at 3 vertices, including red and black, forming consecutive numbers.

* The symmetry of the triangle must lie on the horizontal, vertical or diagonal lines of the chessboard.

* The number of pieces of the side which has the later move must be greater than or equal to that of the competitor.

* Triangle is calculated 1 point.

4. Square layout

* Arrange square by 4 pieces at 4 vertices. The chess pieces consist of red and black pieces forming consecutive numbers, read in either reverse order or counterclockwise rotation.

* The square edge is on the horizontal, vertical or diagonal lines of the chessboard.

* The number of pieces of the side which has the later move must be greater than or equal to that of the competitor.

* Square is calculated 2 points.

5. Chess playing results

* The entire playing time of a general chess game is divided into three halves. Whichever side wins 2 halves is considered as a win.

* First half: Which side get 5 points before, wins in the first half. Then G turned into star.

* Second half: Which side get 10 points before ,wins in the second half. Then G turned into star.

* Third half : Which side get 15 points before, wins the third half.

* If one side wins both halves 1 & 2, the game is over. If in the first two halves , each side wins a half, then they must play in the third half, in which the side winning the third half is a winner.
